Non - Profit Services

David H. Wackerly, CPA has been providing accounting and auditing services to area non-profit organizations for the past 15 years and we recognize the importance of reasonable audit fees and meeting reporting deadlines.

Accounting and Auditing services are primarily the examination of financial statements and our opinion of the fairness of the presentation of the financial position and activity of the period examined.

We also can assist new organizations with the request for tax exempt status with the IRS. We prepare all federal and state required reporting forms at year end including Form 990.

It is our goal to provide the required service but also to provide constructive assistance such as recommendations to improve fiscal operations and improved accounting controls.

Upon request we will provide a list of current non-profit clients. We service many Stark County non profits as well as Summit and Portage Counties.
